« Parking available on the main road outside the hotel. Nice English cooked breakfast included. My room had issues with regulating the heat of the shower so brought it to the manager's attention on departure. Rooms safe and secure with a night entrance around the side of the building if needed. »

« The staff might just be the friendliest in Great Britain. It made the stay a delight and we used the great conservatory space to watch a Christmas movie with our little one. Great food and great beer/wine. You need a car to access all the local things (Runswick Bay/Whitby/Scarborough/Moors) but we will come back each year as we love it. »

« Breakfast not bad,evening meal can only be 2 courses or 3 courses.We found the food quite bland and the amount of flies in the eating area was not good,at breakfast time the flies were on the croissants and pastries.Comfortable bed but cobwebs on ceilings in double room,no toiletries in bathroom now,staff advised that they stopped supplying them recently.Had to drive to Asda to purchase some. »
