The Space:
As soon as you set foot in Salty Place, you’ll feel the beautiful contemporary style.
Enter the living room and you’re welcomed into a lavish space. An open fire sits in the centre of the room and there is ample seating in the form of a family-sized grey sofa and armchairs. A large flat screen TV is situated in the corner and you’ll notice a stylish light fitting overhead.
The incredible open plan kitchen and dining area is a sight to behold! With high ceilings and sliding glass doors, it has a very atmospheric feel. The kitchen area is modern and bright with a minimalist style. You’ll have everything you need for your stay as it is fully equipped with an fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, hob and toaster. There is even the added luxury of a dishwasher so you can enjoy a hassle free holiday without having to do the dishes! A large table sits in the space with matching wooden benches either side of it. Light draws in from the sliding door creating a bright and airy feel.
Open the doors and you’re in the yard space, which is fully enclosed for your peace of mind when staying with children or four-legged friends. With outdoor seating, this spot is perfect for relaxing with friends and family.
Bedrooms one and two have a relaxing flair. The large king-size beds dominate the spaces and the neutral colour schemes contrast perfectly with the pops of pink added through the soft bed furnishings. The modern ensuite in the master bedroom features a walk-in shower.
Head to the main family bathroom and you'll discover yet another stylish space. Boasting a freestanding bathtub, separate walk-in shower, wash basin and WC, this space offers luxury galore.
The third bedroom, located on the second floor, is a sophisticated haven with calming neutral tones and pops of colours. The space also features a double bed.
The fourth bedroom only adds to the family-friendly nature of Salty Place. With comfy twin single beds, this is a cosy space with a quirky sloped ceiling and a skylight window. A table and chair are also provided, making it ideal for working or studying.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property.
The keys to Salty Place are accessed via a key safe box. Instructions will be provided prior to check-in.
Free on-street parking is available around Saltburn-by-the-Sea.
Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Salty Place per reservation.
