The Farmhouse - Fiber Wi-Fi / Cozy n' Pet Friendly

Come relax at the remodeled Salt Lake `Farmhouse`.

The home boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a loft with two additional beds.

There`s a huge dining room table to fit your entire group and plenty of cozy seating in the living room.

Tons of offstreet parking, a great park just a block away, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and even a desk for any work you need to get done!

This place is perfect for your stay in Salt Lake City! Bring your pet too (SEE PET RULES AND FEES BELOW)

You are booking the whole house and spacious backyard. Please note that the backyard and front yard have recycled concrete gravel for xeroscape and that there is no grass at the property. The house is NOT fully fenced but it is close because the driveway area is open for your car to drive in. There is also no gate on the front yard fenced area. The park has tons of grass if needed for your pet! There is a king bed, 3 fulls, and one twin. The main level has the king bedroom, bathroom, and full bedroom. The loft has a twin and a full. While it does have shorter ceiling in the loft, it is a very cozy spot. The house has Central AC but the loft is a bit slower to cool down so there is an additional portable AC unit in the loft for you to use.

You have your own washer and dryer in the house. There is also a ski rack in the laundry room.

There is lightning fast Fiber Wifi, perfect for working remotely.

The park down the street has pickleball courts and is perfect for your pets to run around at.

This house location is very close to Central Park Community Center and is perfect for extra parking for your events. You are welcome to hold events on the property with pre approval and additional fees. It is a great birthday spot!

You will have access to the entire single-family house. You do not share the house with anybody.

There is a long driveway on the side of the house and plenty of parking in the back of the house as well. Please note that the street is a bit slim so large trailers will have to be parked in front of the house as the turning radius is too tight to get into the driveway. I’d clarify first with the host depending on the size of your trailer/RV.

I am a close by and active host, but always give my guests space. I am usually reachable during regular hours and am quick to reply most the time. I look forward to hosting you :)

This is in such a peaceful neighborhood that is right off of one of the main roads in Salt Lake that will take you straight to downtown in minutes. Even with being so close to the main road, it does not sound that way inside the home.

You are a block away from the beautiful Central Park in Salt Lake. This park has pickleball, baseball, basketball, a playground for kids, and even soccer fields. It has plenty of room for your pup to run around at! The neighborhood and park have great mountain views. There are great places to eat and drink close by in all directions.

Nibley Park Golf course is 3 blocks east and has great mountain views.

The home has a very long driveway for plenty of off-street parking. There is even spots for you to park in the back of the home which is completely covered in concrete and fenced around!

Both interstate highways that pass through Salt Lake (I-15 and I-80) are minutes away from the home. You are around 35 minutes away from the ski mountains at Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, Solitude, Deer Valley and Park City.

This location is amazing. It`s very central, walking distance to restaurants, and quick to get to downtown.

Getting to and from the airport is a breeze at this location! We are Only 12 minutes from the airport.

Central Community Development Center is less then a block away!

PET RULES AND FEES:

MY pet fees are different than the standard airbnb platform pet fees . Airbnb does not allow me to do a nightly rate for the pet fee, they only for the entire stay. PET fee is not included in the booking. As a pet owner myself, I don`t like getting charged high pet fees for short stays, that is why I created my own separate per night pet fee to be added after booking. I am also willing to be reasonable on the pet fee for longer stays. Ultimately I am not trying to be sneaky about the pet fees but I want to try to make the fees fair for all guests with pets who come for short stays or for long!

We allow (2) pets ! You must agree to: $25/night per pet fee, added to booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets. Please keep the pets out of the bedrooms.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood very close to State St, a main road in Salt Lake City that will get you just about anywhere.

Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.

2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 8 guests in or on the property at any time, this is a hard rule the violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without refund. You may be charged for any guest who arrives with you at the extra guest rate on our listing regardless if they stay over night as well so please let us know if you will be having any other guests so we can send an alteration request or request for additional guest fee. Just because it can sleep 8 doesn’t mean that all 8 are included in the base rate. There may be extra guest fee’s after X # of guests and they will be required to be added officially

3) This is a self checkin property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by Airbnb through the house manual or checkin guide. You are aware that we have outside security cameras to monitor guest count and also for the safety and protection of our property. You can find our house manual and checkin guide here on the airbnb platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your airbnb host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.

4) Fee`s: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking of the rules set forth.

5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in good will with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by airbnb or host in the event that you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees in the event that a court proceeding is needed.

6) Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM.

7) By Booking a reservation you are hereby waiving all rights to pursue legal action against owner or host for any injury or harm occurring during your stay, You understand and agree to accept liability in full.

The host seemed great at first and willing to work with my issues but then blew me off. He mentioned a crack in the floor which was actually a full board that was a sink hole, the house smells like mildew and the coffee maker was broken.
this isn't just a crack, its a full board that sinks and is right in the middle of the room.

Super cute, great location

Great space, cute decor, comfortable beds. Location is walking distance to really good breakfast spots and minutes from downtown. Having a park just blocks away is great for dogs. The host is amazing and super accommodating with great communication.

Jeremy’s house was the perfect spot for our family getaway to Utah. The house was comfy and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Jeremy reached out with great tips and info on local spots to check out and places to eat. We loved every minute of our stay here! Oh and the pickle ball rackets and court right down the street were a huge plus for my teens!

Honestly one of the best stays for the money!

A really nice stay overall. I stayed here for a Pottery conference that was in Salt Lake City. I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable place well appointed and clean. It’s been really nicely done out in the farmhouse style. With everything you could need at a stayz for a city trip. There was some really nice touches like a welcome folder. While the area was downtown, the value for money in this particular stayz is just great. There is quite a private little courtyard area out the back where you can sit outside if you wish however I didn’t make use of this area. The bedrooms are nicely appointed with good quality sheets And comfortable mattresses. The one bathroom had a nice bath well decorated with a hairdryer also which is always nice in a stayz. It was nice and close to a great little bakery about a five minute walk and was central to the airport. It took me about 15-20 minutes in an Uber. The host was easily contactable and very helpful.. in terms of value for money I couldn’t go past this place it was great.

Rooms are great for festival goers and the common area was great for a group. The location could not be beat since Downtown and Park City were only a short drive away. Would absolutely stay again!

Had a great weekend away at the farmhouse. The checkin process was easy and the host was easy to communicate with. The house was clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Was a good location, not far off the freeways, however the neighborhood looked a little rundown. But the park less than a block away made up for it. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great house and property owner

A very cute house that fit my family's needs while we moved our oldest son into his dorm and then the rest of us stayed around for a few days after to sight see the area. Everyone had a room to themselves and the location was convenient for all we did. Jeremy was in excellent communication before and during our stay making sure everything went smoothly. Cozy house in excellent location in Salt Lake City

The house was cozy, clean, and in a very convenient location. Everything we wanted to do was between 15 and 40 minutes away. Jeremy was in good contact with us, and he wanted to help as much as he could. We loved the extra touches of soft blankets and comfy beds to make it pleasant. The only minor drawback was that the outdoor space was a little cold and unkempt, especially as compared to how nicely the house was maintained.
