For your comfort, The Eagle Estate includes the added benefit of an onsite

estate manager (handyman) who resides in separate quarters on the property. He

ensures the grounds, heated pool, and spa remain in perfect condition

throughout your stay. Guests have loved his warm hospitality and attentive

support, whether it’s helping with the technology in the home, offering

guidance on how to use amenities, or quickly addressing any unexpected needs.



Your privacy is fully respected: he does not enter the main home unless

requested. Think of him as your personal estate concierge: available when you

need him, invisible when you don’t. We are located in one of the most

exclusive and secluded streets on top of the Olympus Cove. All our Neighbors

loves the privacy and the quiet area. Therefore:



The quiet time by law is 10 pm to 7 am. This is NOT a place for loud Parties

of any kind of Unlawful Activities. The use of drugs of any kind or vaping,

including marijuana, is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or

outdoors. Events are NOT allowed. Unauthorized gatherings or violation of

these rules will result in a minimum fine of $10,000, plus any additional

charges imposed by local authorities and termination of your stay. The maximum

occupancy is mandatory to be respected as well as fulfilling the Eagle House

rules.



The west side of the property is undercontruction it will be done at the end

of March 2026. It does not interfere with your stay.
