offering guidance on how to use amenities, or quickly addressing any

Your privacy is fully respected: he does not enter the main home unless

requested. __Think of him as your personal estate concierge: available when

you need him, invisible when you don’t.__ _ We are located in one of the

most exclusive, secluded and prestigious streets on top of the Olympus Cove.

All our Neighbors loves the privacy and the quiet area. Therefore:_



The quiet time by law is 10 pm to 7 am. **_This is NOT a place for loud

Parties_** of any kind of Unlawful Activities. The use of drugs of any kind or

vaping, including marijuana, is not permitted anywhere on the property,

indoors or outdoors.**_Events are NOT allowed_**. Unauthorized gatherings or

violation of these rules will result in **a minimum fine of $10,000, plus any

additional charges imposed by local authorities and termination of your

stay.** The maximum occupancy is mandatory to be respected as well as

fulfilling the Eagle House rules.



The west side of the property is under construction it will be done at the end

of June2026. The construction won't interfere with your stay. YOU CAN RENT IT

OUT IN CASE YOU NEED EXTRA SPACE IF NEED IT 7,000 SQFT more
