The apartment features three comfortable beds: one king-size memory foam bed and two queen-size memory foam beds, each with a lightweight waffle throw, two gel pillows, two plush pillows, and a decorative pillow.

The fully stocked kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils, a full knife set with cutting boards, a toaster, blender, hot water kettle, Brita water filter, and a coffee maker with pods, coffee, and sugar. You'll also find plates, bowls, mugs, cups, silverware, a dishwasher with cleaning pods, ice cube trays, and paper towels.

Each bathroom is stocked with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body towels, hand towels, washcloths, a blow dryer, and make-up wipes. The living room offers a large 85-inch smart LED TV with streaming services including Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Amazon Prime, Sling, Disney+, HBO Max, and more. The in-unit washer and dryer come stocked with Tide pods and dryer sheets for your convenience.

Guests will have one free garage parking spot with a key fob provided on the kitchen counter. Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are also paid options nearby. Building amenities include a rooftop lounge with fire pits and BBQ grills, an on-site gym and yoga room, an entertainment lounge with TVs and a pool table, and elevator access to the unit.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay, and includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. A Minut noise monitoring device is installed to ensure a peaceful environment—this monitors volume only and does not record audio or video. If noise exceeds 75 decibels for more than 10 minutes, you’ll receive a text message to lower the volume.

This professionally managed property allows you to reach out at any time via the VRBO app, phone, or email for support before or during your stay. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee depending on availability. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking, parties, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. High-speed Wi-Fi is included.

Please note: shared building amenities such as the rooftop, gym, and lounge are managed by the building and may occasionally be closed without notice for maintenance. While we’re happy to report any issues, we do not control access or reopening timelines. In rare cases, maintenance staff may need to access the unit during your stay. Denied access may result in a $100 fee. Lost key fobs will incur a $200 replacement charge.
