This is not your typical rental. This is our home for part of the year and we only rent it when we are not using it. You will notice a difference in cleanliness, the quality of fixtures and furniture, and the amount of cooking accessories.

Our basement apartment has three bedrooms and sleeping for up to eight. There is a remodeled comfortable and relaxing living room, game/exercise room, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, completely remodeled bathroom, and a large swimming pool available during the Summer. We are on a quiet private street in a safe and secure area. The apartment has a private entrance and lots of off street parking. Centrally located for easy access to, Walking Trails, Skiing, Entertainment, Shopping, Restaurant, Trax light rail and I-15.

The living room has two power leather recliners with heat and message, an elegant electric fireplace/heater, a Sony Bravia 65” 4K UHD television with surround sound, and a desk for those who need to do a little work from home.

There are three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, large closet, two dressers, and end tables. The second bedroom has a queen and a single over a matrimonial bed, and a private TV. The third bedroom has one queen bed and a desk.

There are two bathrooms. The main has been totally remodeled with a beautiful walk in non-slip shower, a toilet with a bidet, and new vanity and mirrors. The second bathroom has a sink and toilet.

The full kitchen has a new side by side refrigerator, new microwave, dishwasher, and is fully equipped with an abundance of cooking and eating utensils.

The yard has a covered picnic area, a trampoline, a large outdoor checkers game, and a swimming pool available in the summer months. The yard also has a beautiful view of the nearby mountains.

WALKING TRAIL:
The Dimple Dell walking trail has 9 miles
of trails and can be entered within one block
of residence.

SIGHTSEEING:
Little Cottonwood Canyon - 5 miles
Big Cottonwood Canyon - 7 miles

SKIING: Centrally located for access to great skiing.
Snowbird and Alta – 14 miles (28 min),
Solitude and Brighton – 25miles (35 min)
Park City and Dear Valley – 40 miles (45 min).

ENTERTAINMENT:
Megaplex Movie Theatre with 17 screens - two miles (5min.)

SHOPPING/RESTAURANT'S:
South Town Mall, Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart, Sheel’s, and many more
