1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. 2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. 3. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware. 4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property. 5. The cleaning that you pay for is to pay for how you find the home. Please leave it as you found it when you first arrived (more or less). If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently after you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee, price depends how long it takes to clean up after you (we hire 3rd party cleaners to come clean). We don’t expect you to scrub the home but simply pick up your trash and leave it decent enough that your mom would be proud! (= 6. Standard check-out is 10 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and a fee will apply. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. 7. Standard check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $20/hr. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time. 8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. Please message us if you need extra items. 9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail. 11. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff. 12. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. 13. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance outside. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. The camera is on and recording. 14. Any unauthorized guests staying over will be charged an extra $100/night/guest 15. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back 16. Please do not wash hair down the drain, no one likes clogged drains and we all know how problematic hair and drains can be, please treat it as your own home. Flush it down the toilet or throw it in the garbage bins provided. 17. Please do not lose the garage opener, if you do, there is a $300 charge to replace it. 18. For pool and hot tub area, no smoking of any kind of vaping, no glass is allowed, 2 people per unit allowed, any violation of these rules will incur a $500 fine.

Host was very communicative. Everything went great start to finish. I had to change dates of my stay due to something happening on my end (sort of last-ish minute) and the host accommodated without issue, which made life easy. Space is large, clean, and a good location to the city center. Everything as advertised. Would stay here again.

Location is good. Please be noted that it's a 3-story townhouse. If you are like me, with 3 seniors average 80 years old, consider this location twice. Also, the host gave us the wrong WIFI password. There was another WIFI password in the house. Also wrong. When I asked the host to check, her response was very passive aggressive. 'Did you use the code I gave you?' Yeah, of course, it was wrong, otherwise I won't ask for help. Then for the entire stay, the host just ignored my message and not providing the right WIFI password to us. After we left, she sent a message asking me to leave a 5 star rating! Oh, sorry, NO!

Lovely and nice place
Its in a nice part of town close to highway on ramps, Walmart, and Target. Very clean and spacious only drawback is if you don't like stairs this is a 3 story building.

Immediately upon walking in the unit there was a strong smell of either cigarette or marijuana smoke that was all throughout the place we were staying, specifically in the upstairs bedrooms. The garage opener did not work, so we had to go through the front door to open the garage to park inside. One of the neighbors living in the complex flashed their brights and kept them on because I guess we took too long to open the garage door with all of the issues we were having with the opener. 2 out of the 4 nights we were there we were woken up by loud talking outside and it was loud enough that we were able to hear it from inside, on the 3rd floor. In the master bedroom, one of the soap dispensers fell when we were using it and it hit my child's arm, but luckily it was only a small injury. Communication with the owner's went well and they were responsive, which was nice. The area the unit was located in was not the best, definitely do not recommend staying outside unless absolutely necessary.

Nice new townhouse. Very clean and minimal.
Beds are very firm. Lots of space and nice kitchen.
Didnt love the train being close by but was still able to sleep for the most part.
