We will report these concerns to the building management on your behalf; however, we do not have control over the timing of any repairs or the decision-making process regarding these facilities.

Disclosure Regarding Allowing Unit Access
On rare occasions, maintenance may need to access the unit during your stay to address essential tasks. We kindly ask for your cooperation, as their schedules are beyond our control. Denying access may result in a $100 fee to cover rescheduling.

All properties are furnished to a uniform standard; however, individual units may differ slightly from those shown in the photo gallery, with variations in decor, layout, and size.
Rental Agreement:
Guests are required to complete the ID verification process after booking, for secuirty and to prevent fraud.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in the cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without a refund.

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fine for party. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions.

Parking
We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide.

Pets
Pets are not authorized, there will be a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

Pets
Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation.
Pet Fee per Pet:
1-4 Nights: 25$/day
5-29 Nights: 200$
30+ Nights: 300$

Fees
You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.

No mail can be delivered to the property, we do not have access to the mailbox due to security concerns.

Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out at a fee of $20/hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request.

Please kindly note that your check-out should be completed on time. It is crucial to vacate the premises by the specified time to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges as per our house rules. An unauthorised late check-out will cost $100/hour.

For units with key fob and parking pass, make sure to leave the key fob and the parking pass back in the lockbox where you got them and take a picture of it. Failure to leave the key fob and parking pass may result in a $200 each for its replacement. The same amount will be collected for the damaged key fob and parking pass.

This apartment was so nice! Great instructions and communication were given by the owner. All needed supplies were all there plus more. My husband loved the comfortable mattress and the garage security. I loved the cleanliness, the garden tub, the convenience to downtown Salt Lake City and the large Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. It’s so much better than a hotel room with it’s full kitchen and separate bedroom. Don’t hesitate to rent this apartment for your next Salt Lake City Vacation!

Great stay in downtown Salt Lake

We had a great time staying at this apartment, especially due to its location within walking distance of a music venue, restaurants, the Planetarium, and coffee shops. The place was clean and the host was very communicative with a great check in process.

Excellent

Had an excellent stay. This apartment was perfect for my stay during the Fence Tech event. I was able to walk to the convention center. Way better than staying at a hotel. The room was wonderful, clean and just perfect. Communicating with the host was great especially that I needed extra assistance trying to locate the lock box and key. I was exhausted from my flight, they called me and walked me through with ease. They were so kind.
