The villa was designed to enjoy the view of the Gulf of Salò, has a large living room with high wooden ceilings and windows with breathtaking views, three of the bedrooms have windows with lake views, new swimming pool surrounded by a well-kept garden. • Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms, new and with high quality finishes. On the main floor two bathrooms with wonderful and spacious showers with marble coverings and glass doors. Third bathroom on the lower floor complete with shower stall also for laundry use because it is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.



• Kitchen: Large new kitchen with all major and minor appliances, including fireplace, dishwwith HDMI and USB conneasher, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. Kitchen table seats 8-10.



• Indoor dining / lounge area: Large dining room and a lounge area surrounded by panoramic windows. The dining area has space for up to 10 people, Chesterfield sofas and armchairs for 7-8 people. The ceilings are high with exposed fine wood paneling, antique piano and valuable period objects.
