The Space:
This stylish and generously sized apartment is located within a modern development and finished to a high standard throughout. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, perfect for home cooking, along with a dining table, large sofa, Smart TV, and a balcony. High-speed broadband is available throughout the apartment. The bright and airy bedroom includes ample storage and a comfortable bed dressed in crisp, hotel-quality linens. The modern family bathroom features a powerful shower and complimentary toiletries, and fluffy towels are provided for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located a short distance from central Manchester, it's around a 20 minute walk or short bus ride to the city's main shops, restaurants and nightlife. There is a large Sainsbury's supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment. There are also a number of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate area if you don't want to venture into the city centre.

Getting Around:
Central Manchester can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot or a short bus ride away. Both Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria stations are a short taxi ride away.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for up to 2 people.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
