Needs some love
This place needs some love.
- Bed was the worst I've ever slept on, mattress almost needn't have been there, could feel the failing springs and divan underneath
- TV Remote missing from room, no replacement worked
- damage to carpet
- handle missing from cupboard
- no information supplied in room, had to chase for everything eg wifi password, check out time, breakfast arrangements (unavailable when I requested)
- I spent the first hour of my arrival trying to get

Not fit for habitation!
The room was in a terrible condition with marks all over the walls, broken picture frames, stained sofa cushions, a window that was locked open, mould in the kitchen and bathroom, and a collapsed bed! There were no staff on hand to deal with our issues and Hotels.com could not reach them via their contact details either. We left the night we arrived and the hotel refused to issue a refund and kept our security deposit. Stay well away from this hotel!

Horrible service from check in ! Once eventually got our room the list goes on.
Not clean.
No TOWELS !
One small shower gel.
No tissues.
good luck getting hold of anyone to sort this out for you.
Its more of lads pad for messy night out. Wouldn’t recommend it for anything else

The property looked better outside than it did from inside. As soon as we got into the apartment, we were welcomed by an unpleasant smell. The floor was visibly dirty and we were provided with plates and cutlery for 2 when we booked the apartment for 4 people. The French doors leading to the balcony were broken and couldn't be locked and we were staying with 2 little kids. It was visible that the entire apartment was not cleaned thoroughly. When I went to complain at the reception we were offered a different apartment which was not that much better. I did appreciate them offering an alternative but I wouldn't be staying at their apartments ever again

More Disappointment than Dream
Poor customer service. Inadequate utensils, crockery, cutlery for two people staying overnight - when I informed reception nothing was done about it. The apartment was scruffy. The shower plughole was blocked with hair and crud. No idea when it was last cleaned.
Would not stay again.

Had booked a room with a balcony but that didn't happen. Lights in living room had 2 broken light bulbs, only 1 toilet roll. I was not told till check out that my deposit of £100 would not be returned for 5 working days and that is not really acceptable at this time

DO NOT STAY HERE!
After waiting an hour to check in my fiancé and I paid £30 for underground parking and then waited 30 minutes for the guard to open the gates. Nobody knew what was going on and the communication was horrendous. We were running late so just dumped our bags and left. We got back early hours of Sunday morning and fell into bed. We woke around lunchtime on Sunday, my fiancé got out of bed and he had a condom stuck to his leg!!! We were appalled and shocked! We pulled back the duvet to find loads of thick black hair in the bed and stains! We immediately rang reception, no one answered all day and there were no staff to help us! There was thick black hair on our towels and in the shower! We stripped the bed and had to sleep on the mattress for our second night, luckily we had our own towels! We left early on Monday morning, again we got stuck in the underground car park for 30 minutes as the security guard was on his phone down the street! We finally found someone to talk to and they were disgusted and very apologetic. I am currently trying to get my money and deposit back but I am prepared to go to environmental health and trading standards if I am not refunded!

Good apartment but customer service lets it down
Quite disappointed with this stay, the customer service started well a few weeks before our stay. However when I was told about the £15 parking per night underground of the apartment I asked if I could go ahead and pay. I heard nothing so just presumed I could sort it at the hotel. However when I arrived ahead of check out time I thought I’d be able to pay for the parking and leave the car there until it was time to check in. However I got quite a rude and unhelpful response rather than kindly advising I couldn’t park there until check in. Long story short when it was time to check in I was advised there was no parking available and had to find an alternative car park! It wasn’t a big deal as the car park we did find (Adelphi Street) was only £4 for all day!! However the point is the experience was affected because of the customer service.

Don't stay here.....
Difficult to find entrance, I was given the first apartment and as soon as I stepped out of the lift the smell of weed was so strong even in the apartment!! Second one the neighbours were playing extremely loud drum and base with no consideration for anyone else. The third one was quiet but as soon as I went to close the blind I discovered that it was already broken.
I definitely wouldn't stay here again. The entrance area was very grubby and it doesn't feel a very safe area to be in.
If it hadn't been for arriving late after finishing work so late I would have gone somewhere else.

Apartment was great and exactly as described.
It was a little difficult to initially find it as signage outside wasn't clear.
Receptionist was friendly (although did go through every possible reason as to why I might be charged additional costs for damage!)

Wrong accommodation.
The accommodation we booked through was not available, we asked and paid for a room to accomodate 2 adults and 1 child. On arriving at the reception we were told they could not provide that facility as they were already double booked. They could only provide an apartment with 1 double bed. This meant one of our party had to sleep on a settee with no bedding. This apartment was obviously designed for 2 people only. We were terribly upset about the situation expecially the child, spoiling what should have been a memorable visit. I would expect some reimbursement for the wrong accommodation which was provided.

Nice accommodation..
Accommodation was clean and nice… and staff were nice … on site parking was £15 per day.. however parking across the venue in a construction site was cheaper.. surrounding streets have 3hr free parking between 8-6pm… just make sure you keep moving the car after 3 hours …

Both toilet doors had locks missing, informed reception upon arrival and check out.
Also the dish washer had not being checked or cleaned from previous guests staying disgusting!
Carpet near the balcony door had a dirty mark on again informed reception.
Our check out time on the email was 11:00am at 10:30am the manager knocked our room door and said you are late checking out i informed him and that the email says 11am, to which he replied, time has changed since August.
I told him noone informed us not even at check in!
The management seem like they haven't got a clue what they are doing running around like headless chickens!
On our booking we were told our three bed apartment would have river views but we were given views of a makeshift Car park being used by contractors instead.
It's a new build but the workmanship looks cheap and cheerful we cleaned the apartment ourself including wardrobes which were dusty spent two nights here we were planning to extend our stay but decided to check into a hotel in Manchester Central.

No information on our booked stya being used by TV
Upon arriving at our stay we were greeted by a security guard, the hotel we were staying in was actually being used to film a TV series (the circle) the security guard actually said he keeps having to explain this as the hotel had not communicated this to it's guests, he said that we have been moved down the road into a similar stay. We continued our trip completely happy with the new location but it would have been nice to get this information before handans some details on where we had been moved to

Very unsatisfactory, unhelpful staff!!
The apartment i booked and stayed in was spotless. The corridoors however weren't clean at all. I also booked an apartment with a double bed and a twin bed for me and my 13 year old daughter. Upon arrival (around 6pm) we couldn't find reception, no signs st all. After we eventually found it and checked in around 1800 we went to our apartment and it was obvious there was only a double bed and a very small 2 seater sofa which wasn't a sofa bed. We went to reception and told the lady i had booked an apartment with a double and twin bed, she did something on her laptop and said someone would bring one to our apartment. We waited and waited until 1930 and still no bed and we needed to go out for food, so upon returning to reception and saying noone had brought us a bed yet, she huffed and said shed be back in 5 minutes. She returned with some bedding and walked out, so i presumed she wanted us to follow her.
Upon arrival at our apartment she presumed the small sofa was a sofa bed and tried to convert it into a bed. I told i had already looked and tried to pull it out into a bed but it wasnt a sofa bed. She just stood there and offered no explanation, so i asked could someone get us one from another apartment and she said no they were all occupied. She again just stood there and offered no apology or aternative arrangement!! So i said we'll just have to make do with what we've got!! And she just left!!

Absolutely substandard.
The check in time was set for 3pm. In arrival we were told they had technical problems and we would not be able to check in until 5pm. We came back at 5pm to find around 20 people all trying to book in a the same time. When we final got a turn to book in we were told the cleaner had broken her arm and our room was claan but the bed had not been made. When we got to our room we found that there was no light bulbs in most of the light fittings. The room did not look like it had been cleaned we had to make the bed ourselves. No towles, soap, toilet roll etc..... first and last stay here. Im going to be demanding my money back.
