Cascina Monferrato is a spacious renovated farmhouse set in scenic countryside near Casale Monferrato, surrounded by woodland, lawns and mature trees. Furnished for maximum comfort in a simple yet colourful style, the house is spread over two floors and blends period pieces with traditional details and modern touches. The interiors include several living areas, six bedrooms and a fitness room, offering flexible spaces ideal for families or large groups. Outside, a large portico and a wisteria-covered pergola in front of the kitchen create a lush setting surrounded by lawns and tall trees—perfect for relaxing outdoors in complete privacy. Just 1.5 km from Sala Monferrato and within easy reach of Moncalvo and Casale Monferrato, the villa is ideally located for wine tastings, hiking, and discovering the cultural and culinary treasures of the Monferrato hills.

Interior:
The villa is arranged over two floors. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into a large living room with wood-burning fireplace; dining room with TV area; kitchen with access to pergola; bathroom with shower; fitness room. FIRST FLOOR – Two double bedrooms (one with French-size bed); one twin bedroom with bunk beds; one twin bedroom with joinable beds; bathroom with shower; bathroom with whirlpool tub; twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, with direct outdoor access via stone stairs. Fireplaces are ornamental, except in the main living room. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.

Park:
The property is surrounded by 25,000 sqm of private land, including woodland, lawns and trees. A pergola with dining area is located beside the kitchen, while a furnished patio and rustic seating area provide further spaces for outdoor living. The garden includes gravel and lawn areas, with paths leading through the trees to the pool. A private parking area for up to four cars is located just beyond the entrance gate.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The pool is located about 100 m from the house in a tree-lined area of the garden. Rectangular in shape; measures 10 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; lined with PVC; Roman steps access; saltwater purification; internal lighting. The surrounding gravel and lawn terrace is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrellas. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
