« The staff was amazing and made the trip. They seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and were always willing to help! The only concern I had was hair on towels. We would request new ones, but when we opened them up, there would always be long black hair. They looked clean, so I wonder if the person who is folding them just needs to put their hair a bun? »

« The location is a little strange (in the middle of a condo development, business area). Otherwise, it was outstanding in every respect. Very new and modern with a good size room, excellent bed, TV, etc. The breakfast was amazing for a motel! They had about anything standard you would expect plus amazing service from the staff as they were so kind and helpful. If you wanted something more they would bake you an omelet to your liking while you watched. Parking was also ample and convenient. »

« There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code. I messaged customer service and NEVER heard back until they...

« Ce BnB est vraiment magnifique! La maison de maître rénovée et décorée avec goût par les hôtes, la gentillesse du couple et le petit déjeuner surveiller mesure absolument divin... Le tout non loin du pont piéton reliant Jeffersonville à Louisville au dessus du fleuve Ohio. Sans hésitation un top ! »
