This lovely property is perched on a mountainside located in the midst of Arc 1600, Savoie! Offering ski-in/ski-out access from buildings made of wood and stone, this residence is conveniently positioned at the foot of the slopes, only 50m away from the new Mont Blanc chairlift.
This rustic 50 m² apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends, and combines warm decor with excellent amenities. After exploring the French Pyrénées stop in our communal lounge for board games or travel along the 500m footpath to the thermal baths of Luchon for a warm soak! Whether you decide to dine out or prepare a simple meal come meal time you’re sure to enjoy the variety of activities Luchon has to offer!
Accommodating up to 6 guests, our apartment has 2 BEDROOMS. There is a Double bed in the first bedroom, while the second bedroom has 1 bunk bed. The living area holds an additional single sofa bed with a pull-out bed which we recommend for children.
Get ready for your adventurous day in our BATHROOM, and additional half bathroom, which come equipped with towels upon arrival.
After exploring the area, sit in our open-plan LIVING AREA to relax and watch TV on the comfortable sofas. You can easily call and connect with family back home through our wifi while sitting throughout the apartment or on the balcony or terrace. WiFi is available for an additional charge (prices available on-site).
In the KITCHENETTE you’ll find a microwave, a set of ceramic hot plates, a toaster, and a dishwasher. Raclette sets can be rented from the residence to add to or make a simple meal. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine! You can enjoy all your meals at the dining table with seating for 6 overlooking the balcony or terrace.
The Lagrange Vacances Residence Le Belvédère is perfectly positioned to offer you a wonderful mountain vacation in the French Pyrénées! After a day spent exploring the mountains, either by bike or on skis, sink into the excellent thermal baths in Luchon, a mere 500m by footpath and 2.5km by road. As a bonus, guests receive 1 free sauna or steam room session per apartment, per week. Additional sessions are available for €10 per session or €45 for 5 sessions. Take a stroll or use one of our bicycles to travel through the lively town centre and enjoy the trendy boutiques and shops, delicious restaurants, and endless entertainment. The surrounding area has a myriad of fun activities to participate in; our favourite is the mini golf course near the residence!
Guests are welcome to relax in the heated swimming pool on-site or in the sauna (see above for pricing), and stretch sore muscles in the fitness suite, which is free of charge. Spend time with family and friends playing board games in the communal lounge with fireplace, or, in the summer, cycle around the idyllic countryside and store your bike on-site. In the winter, the ski lockers will enable you to get on the slopes first thing in the morning. Luggage storage and outdoor parking (subject to availability) are also free for guests.
**The gondola that connects Luchon to the Superbagnères ski area will not be operational this winter, shuttles will be put in place (by road 18 km).**

Fees Upon Arrival
• A small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival; consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.
• A damage deposit of €400 will be collected upon arrival.
Important Information
• The gondola that connects Luchon to the Superbagnères ski area will not be operational this winter; shuttles will be put in place (by road 18 km).
• The spa is only accessible to guests over the age of 16 or between the ages of 10 and 16 as long as an adult is present.
• End-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen) is included for short stays only.
• The TV may only offer French channels.
• This apartment may be split-level; let us know if you have a preference.
• The pool is closed on Sundays (Saturdays during the school holidays).
• Some of these residences accept pets.
