« Room had a loud dripping noise coming from the bathroom ceiling vent all night, and the bathroom door would not close all the way to isolate it. My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning. »

« The front staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms aren’t the best. There was a residue on the bed that irritated my skin. There were visible stains on the bed cover. Neighbors were loud. The room kept making noises, toilet randomly running and another noise I never figured out. The bed was not comfortable and I did not get much rest. The rate was great though! »

« When I went to my room, the key didn’t work, after multiple tries. Went back to the office, they treated me like I was incompetent. The gave me a different room. As I was walking away, he told me of a trick to get the door open. There shouldn’t be a trick to get in my room!! Then the pipes under the sink leaked. I had a flood on the floor. I just left it alone, I didn’t want to switch rooms again. They stated in the app that they served breakfast, they did not. I will not stay in another Motel...

« Under renovation (which we were informed about the day of our check in). Upon check in, we were told we were lucky because we would be in one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, they are poorly done in every way. Nothing was functional, everything is cheap and done halfway (missing outlet covers, power strips hanging at the back of the bed, visible caulking), entire hotel smelled bad. Additionally, the desk was unattended most evenings with easy access to the building, the food permit...

« The room was mostly clean, but the bathrooms don’t look to have been deep cleaned in years. There is no comforters, so if you need more than a single blanket and a sheet you need to bring your own. Also be ready to wake up early as there were no curtains only blinds causing the sun to brighten up the room super early in the morning. On the outside there was trash all over the ground and you can see lint build up on the side of the building next to the door that you go in to check in. »

« Room and building interior was clean and I have no complaints. Nothing fancy in the room, but everything worked as it was supposed to. Breakfast was below average. However, I was just traveling through, the price was very good and overall, it was a good value. »

« This is a standard mid-level hotel offering a hot breakfast (a requirement for me). We stayed in 109 which had an oversized walk-in shower, perfect for our needs. I had some internet issues but think it was my computer; my wife watched an online movie with no trouble. The big plus of this hotel was the price, dramatically less than any of the competition. Definitely worth the high score I gave it. »
