We appreciated the communication and everything that was included in the property. It was a nice quiet area close to everything we needed. If you are looking for a family friendly, classic family lake house feel, this is the place for you!

Fantastic stay for our family of four! The location was perfect and the house itself was wonderful. I appreciate the abundance of towels available and access to the clubhouse where we were able to spend a few hours cooling off in the pool and relaxing our exhausted bodies in the hot tub. Thanks for sharing the house with us!

We met up for a reunion with guests from all over the state at this riverside house. The home is beautiful with a beautiful river view. We made the most of the deck in the mornings and evenings and spent the day at the pool which was far less crowded than Silver Beach. Check in and out was easy with very little responsibilities to care for before check out. The house was well stocked for our needs. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return should be in the area again.

We are a multigenerational family group, with two toddlers. This house was just about perfect for us. Well stocked kitchen, amazing outdoor space, views! St. Joseph is a special place, charming and just gorgeous. This home complemented that environment beautifully. We rented a boat and explored the River--and Lake Michigan. Anchored at the beach!! Great memories!!

We traveled here from Southern Ohio to attend our granddaughter's dance competition in Benton Harbor. Stayed Thursday to Monday. Home is only 5 minutes from Silver Beach on beautiful Lake Michigan....but we couldn't leave the peace and view from the back porch of this home! I can't say enough about this spacious home.

Absolutely beautiful house, great location (not too far from downtown/lake but not in the center of everything which is exactly how we like it)! Ellen was great to communicate with, very quick response time. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is lovely and so is the community. The house was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It is a quick drive to the beach and into town and being on the water was a great escape. Ellen was also extremely helpful and wick to respond to our needs.

Family reunion

Our family (5 adults and 1 teen) were in St Joe for a family reunion. We stayed at this property for 2 days. We loved the location and ability to sit on the deck watching boats go up and down the river. This is a well appointed property, very quiet for a holiday weekend (May 23-25). We would highly recommend a stay here.

Spacious and clean. Lovely deck with water views. The neighborhood is really cute but about 1.5 mile walk to town.
