« La chambre avait besoin de reparation et les lit etaient dégeux. Les matelats sentait l'urine et en relevant les draps, il y a vait plein de trace jaune. La cafetiere ne fonctionnait pas. La pole de rideaux de douche semblait tenir par une vis et pret a tomber sous peu. Meme chose pour la pomme de douche. Je ne recommande pas et ne retournerai pas dans ces établissement »

« The staff was nice and none of this was her fault. I picked this hotel because it was close to our event and said it had a pool and hot tub. I wanted both in case the pool was cold. It had them but they were dry. Nothing about that on the site, when booking. One elevator was out and the second barely worked. It kept getting stuck. « Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. Iâd definitely stay here again next time Iâm back in Austin. »
