« This is an old, out dated hotel. It is understaffed and in poor condition.i waited 15 minutes for check-in because the front desk lady was folding laundry. The elevator didn't work. The tv didn't work. The hair dyer didnt work. The room phone wasn't connected. Hallways hadn't been vacuumed. Very dirty place. »
