Guests will have private access to the entire home during their stay, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, outdoor spaces, and driveway parking.

You'll also have access to the community's heated pool, community boat launch, and the home's private dock and seawall, making it easy to spend your days boating, fishing, kayaking, or simply enjoying the waterfront. Check-in is seamless with a keyless smart lock, allowing you to arrive at your convenience.

Please note that any locked owner closets or maintenance/storage areas are not accessible to guests.
