« The Condo was very nice, very clean and in a great location. Easy access to the beach and short distance to shopping, restaurants and Captiva. It wasn’t a bad experience but I think there are something that would be nice. The grounds and pool were clean.
1. Please put hand towels in the bathrooms!
2. Remove 3 inch mattress pads. Sheets do not want to stay on.
3. Have AC in working order. Clean condensation drain regularly.
4. Have 2 rolling luggage racks, one for second and 3rd floor.

« The was excellent. The check was easy. The unit was very clean and spacious for a one bedroom. I loved the kitchen and living room area. Quick access to the beach. We rented bikes and you ride to local restaurants and shops. Quiet and peaceful! »

« The unit was very nice and conveniently located to access the beach by walking. The location was peaceful day and night. The provided beach chairs were very nice and comfortable and the umbrella was in great condition worked perfectly. The pool was small so the water warmed up a bit too much to be refreshing in the heat of the day, but the kids didn’t mind! This was a very family friendly place and we would stay here again. »
