Welcome to Fripp Island and this Newly Renovated Sunsuite! You will not only be a few steps from the beautiful pools, tennis courts, Island Bites, and adult pool, but our incredible beach is only steps away! This unit is located right in the center of Fripp! This Sunsuite is equipped with a kitchenette with a small refrigerator with a freezer and a small stove, a queen-sized bed and sleeper sofa, a full bath with tub/shower, and outdoor seating.

The Roku TV includes Hargray Cable TV as well as normal smart TV capabilities along with high-speed Wi-Fi. There are laundry facilities on the 2nd floor of this complex.

Outside, enjoy the warm South Carolina sunshine and gentle sea breezes from your shared balcony, which offers views of the island's lush greenery and wildlife. With easy access to the beach, golf courses, pools, and other resort amenities, you'll have everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Guest Cards Included:
Also included in your rental are up to 4 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
