35 Davis Love is a spacious, newly remodeled 2-story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short golf cart ride to the Ocean Marina, Bonito Boathouse, Atlantic Ocean, Fripp's Lovely Beach, Ocean Creek Golf Course, Cabana Club, and so much more. This 3-bedroom, 3-full-bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. This property comfortably accommodates up to 10 people and has a large screened-in porch with a gorgeous view of Ocean Creek Golf Course fairway.



35 Davis Love features a large open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The living and dining room blend with the kitchen to create plenty of space for friends and family, while bedrooms offer privacy when needed. The kitchen has full-size stainless-steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. The home has light, peaceful colors throughout and is thoughtfully decorated with a beach theme.



The primary bedroom is located upstairs with a king bed and an en suite bathroom, jacuzzi tub, and shower. The primary bedroom has a balcony overlooking Davis Love Drive. Moving back down to the 1st floor, where both guest bedrooms are located, each guest bedroom has a queen and a full bed (2 full and 2 queens in total). The guest bedrooms both have en suite baths: one with a shower and the other with a tub-and-shower combo. The tub-shower combo bathroom also has access to the laundry room, which includes a full-size stacked washer and dryer.



Features include a gas grill, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, an outdoor shower for easy beach cleanup, and Smart TVs in all rooms and the living room (4 TVs in total). YouTube TV Live Television is included with the rental of the property, along with high-speed wireless internet throughout the home.

Great view of the 1st green at the Ocean Creek Golf Course from the furnished screened-in porch, the perfect place to enjoy the Lowcountry outdoor weather with a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon drink.



Note about the home:

The owner provides their own personal golf cart for your use. The key to the golf cart will be on the kitchen counter next to the welcome book.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
