The Space:

Welcome to 170 Ocean Creek, a beautifully updated Fripp Island retreat offering more than 2,700 square feet of comfortable, thoughtfully designed living space, just a short stroll from the coveted Cabana Club. This light-filled, two-story home features an inverted floor plan designed to maximize its scenic golf course views. With all-new flooring throughout and fresh paint, the home feels bright, fresh, and inviting from the moment you arrive.



The upper level is the heart of the home, where six skylights fill the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas with natural light. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large island, flowing seamlessly into the dining and living spaces—perfect for family meals, entertaining, and gathering together. The dining area includes a table that seats six, while the enclosed sunroom offers beautiful golf course views and additional dining with a four-top table, along with a comfortable sitting area. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee, casual meals, or relaxing while taking in the scenery. A convenient half bathroom completes the upper level.



Downstairs, three bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to ten guests. The private primary suite features a king-size bed, spacious walk-in shower, and a quiet den with a full-size desk, making it ideal for remote work or private calls. The den also includes a bunk bed with a full-size lower bunk, providing additional sleeping space for families or groups. Please note that the den is open and not enclosed by doors.



Two additional bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations—one with a queen-size bed and the other with two full-size beds. Both bedrooms feature smart TVs. A hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a convenient laundry room are also located on the lower level.



The expansive three-car garage offers ample space for vehicles and golf carts and is stocked with beach essentials, including beach chairs, sand toys, an umbrella, and a pull cart for transporting your gear. The garage opens directly onto an outdoor patio with a grill, creating an easy and inviting space for family cookouts and enjoying the island breeze.



A four-seat golf cart is included with your stay, making it easy to explore all that Fripp Island has to offer, including the heated pool at the Cabana Club, Ocean Creek Golf Course, Davis Love Park, and more. Up to ten guest cards are also provided, offering access to the island’s pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and dining venues.

Also included in your rental are up to 10 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as hours may vary seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
