Tucked away in the Alps, Saint-François-Longchamp is a lovely ski town that allows you to discover Le Grand Domaine! In the winter, enjoy the stunning views and amazing days on the pistes, just a 10-minute walk away. Our cozy 64m2 duplex apartment is the ideal base for groups of friends or family seeking a relaxing getaway in the mountains. Our space comfortably accommodates 6 guests, but can sleep up to 8!

Our apartment has 3 BEDROOMS with either 1 Double bed or 2 Single beds in each room. You'll find a Trundle bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. Bed linen is not included in the summer but is available to rent on-site for an additional fee.

Get ready for your day in the 1.5 BATHROOMS. Bath linen is not included but is available on-site for an additional fee.

After a day on the pistes, retreat to our comfortable LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favourite French show on the TV, available for an additional charge. Connect with friends and family back home using the Wi-Fi, available for an additional fee. In the evening, enjoy some fresh air and a glass of wine on the balcony.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a fridge, a set of electric hobs, a microwave grill, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a toaster. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Les Balcons du Soleil where our space is conveniently located. These include access to the heated outdoor pool (open in the Summer months), the on-site ski lockers, the coin-operated laundry machines, and boulangerie service available on-site! If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with FREE outdoor parking available on-site.

Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we may be able to accommodate them for €12/day or €60/stay/pet.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a fully refundable damage deposit of €300, a small daily tourist tax, and a small daily eco-tax. An end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) is included!

At check-in, you will receive a unit of the same type as shown in this listing, complete with the advertised size and number of rooms, but the actual decor in the unit, view, and furniture layout may differ. You will have access to all amenities advertised!
