« Home was very nice. Location was good and close to a lot of attractions. Only downside was we paid for the pool to be heated and it was ice cold everyday. I asked the first day wewere there how long it would take to heat up. Adter 48 hours I emailed again about it heating up or someone to look at it. Was told that they can't guarantee a temperature or when it will.be warm. The heater said everyday the heat was at 76 but it was no where close to that. « This host double booked the property. I contacted the host because I didn’t see the check in instructions in my email. If I hadn’t done this I would have walked in to other people in the home. The host gave a basic sorry for the inconvenience and I will refund the money. This really wasn’t helpful, I had to scramble to find a hotel for my family of 5 while at the airport heading to Florida. Horrible experience. »

« Overall the villa was lovely, beautifully clean inside with nice touches like mini toiletries, large tub of ground coffee, sugar, creamer, plenty of toilet rolls salt and pepper, olive oil, coffee filters oh and a kettle bonus for us Brits.The Lounge, dining and bedrooms were beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. « Gabe was a great host, responded fast to any inquiries. Apartment was newly renovated, only suggestion would be to refinish bathtub. Would def book again. »
