- Age restrictions: For reasons of safety and respect for the environment, we do not accept reservations for groups under 25 years of age.
- Security deposit: A deposit of 1000€ is requested, which will be refunded provided there are no incidents.
- No smoking indoors: Smoking inside the Villa carries a penalty of 300 €.
