  • Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Cette maison a été entièrement restaurée. Cuisine neuve, avec comptoirs en granit, grand îlot central avec 6 places assises. Salle de bain neuve, avec serviettes incluses. Laveuse, sécheuse dans la cave. Il y a 3 chambres, 2 lits jumeaux et 2 reines flambant neuves, aussi, un canapé-lit / futon, des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre. Tous les draps inclus. Salon confortable. Enveloppez le pont avec vue sur le marais. Barbecue au gaz Weber, Keurig et douche extérieure fermée. Directement en face de la plage et du chemin de la plage et à quelques pas des sables de sucre de la plage privée de Sagamore. Vous profiterez de magnifiques levers et couchers de soleil. Apportez vos serviettes de plage, cannes à pêche et vélos. Juste en bas de la route privée menant à la piste cyclable du canal Cape Cod de 8 km. Un magnifique chalet pour faire des souvenirs en famille.

Just what we needed!

This is a lovely home with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could want! The breeze was lovely and the walk to the beach, although a bit of a challenge in the sand, was worth it as it is a clean, quiet and private beach.We had the good fortune to see the full moon rising over the water- breathtaking!

Family vacation ‘23

We had a wonderful stay at Liz & John’s cottage. Just a short walk to the beach made it so easy for getting around with our two toddlers. They had everything needed for preparing meals and the washer dryer on premises was great.

Brilliant Beach House

A great beach house with all the facilities we as a group of four needed. The house is a short walk from the beach and just a few miles from all the local amenities in Sandwich. 5 stars would thoroughly recommend.

Quiet Cape getaway

Great visit to Cape Cod! The private beach is clean and not over crowded. The cottage is just as pictured, no surprises. Liz is very prompt and responsive.

I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. The house is in perfect condition and has every single thing you could possibly need during your stay. It’s a very quick walk across the street to the beach on a secluded street. A quick walk to a great playground and very close to everything the Cape has to offer. This was our second stay and will absolutely not be our last!

The house was ideal for what we were looking for. Can't beat the convenient path to the beach right across the street. It looks like the house has been updated recently. Would definitely consider renting again.

Fabulous Christmas at the Cape!!

Beautiful range home. Lovely place with many new features, while keeping the beach like feel. Easily could fit 6 folks. About a 2 minute walk to beach. Easy access to many attractions and surrounding towns. Liz and John were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Big recommend!

Perfect accommodations for a family-a large kitchen and living space to relax. The beds are very comfortable and the Keurig coffee maker makes morning coffee quick and easy. The kitchen is stocked with many utensils and appliances. The private beach is across the street, be sure to wear sneakers for the walk back, it’s steep and sand-filled until you reach the boarded walkway.

Loved this cottage

My family (myself, my husband, my daughter and our 3 granddaughters, aged 5.4.and 2) had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was nice and clean and had a great layout, lovely yard for the girls to play in and a very short walk to a private beach where the girls enjoyed finding rocks and shells and chasing seagulls. Even though we didn't have the greatest weather, it was a nice get away and the girls (all of us) didn't want to leave I would highly recommend!

Wonderful Cottage

Very peaceful area. Few foot steps from the beach. Cottage was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities. Washer and dryer is such a nice convenience. I am going to miss sitting on the patio and enjoying the tranquility. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Cape Cod. Thank you so much

Exceptional!

We absolutely loved this home! Everything inside is brand new, furniture and beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is a walking path right across from the driveway, meaning the walk to the private beach takes about 2 minutes max (which is a huge bonus if you have small children). The location of the home is our favorite on the Cape, very quiet and relaxing but a short drive to everything. Liz was great, very responsive and helpful! I have already recommended this location to a few families and would absolutely stay here again!

Had a great time in a great place at a great location. Elizabeth was very responsive to our questions when gathering info and booking. Place was as described and spotless with no surprise. Ample stuff for cooking. Private beach is in fact a 2 min. walk over the dune across the street. Quiet and calm area. Claude V.
