Guests have access to the entire 832 square foot home including front yard, back yard, and garage

**Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

We are available throughout your entire stay. Guest can get a hold of us via VRBO app e-mail or cell phone numbers, call or text.

**All guests are required to submit a photo ID and sign a rental agreement.**

We're excited to welcome your four-legged family members and provide a comfortable stay for both you and your pets. We happily accommodate up to 2 dogs weighing up to 65 pounds per stay. Please note that there is a pet fee of $125 per dog, which may not be included in the initial price you see on your preferred booking channel.
It's important to mention that the pet fee does not cover any additional cleaning required due to excessive pet hair, waste clean-up, odor, or damage caused by your furry friends.
To ensure a great stay, we kindly request that all visiting dogs are friendly, house trained, and receive regular flea treatment. In the event that you need to leave your dog unattended, we kindly ask that they be secured in a crate to prioritize their comfort and safety.

There is a noise level monitoring system (Noiseaware) to keep sound down for the neighbors. It does not record conversations simply sound levels and sends an alert when the sound is over 70 decibels. There are motion sensors cameras on the exterior of the home for surveillance.

If you host an event, a large gathering of people, or a party we will ask you to leave.

For Guest amount over 4 Adults, there an option to sleep on couch. Extra charges may apply as additional towels, toiletries and sheets are left to accommodate.

Our biggest goal is to provide you a comfortable, welcoming and safe place to stay. To protect you, our home and our neighborhood we have to go through some boring rules. We hate that this changes the tone of our listing but because of the actions of a few bad apples we need to go over a few details you need to be aware of.

We love our quiet neighborhood and so do our neighbors and we have Quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM.

No smoking of cigarettes, marijuana or vaping allowed. If you smoke on the property or there is smell of it you will be charged additional cleaning fees of up to $250 depending on cleaning needed.

Please let us know of any pet accidents when they occur to avoid any additional cleaning fees or damage costs.

We charge $120 per dog, with limit 2 dogs, under 65 lbs. House trained and MUST be crated when unattended. Stays longer than a week require additional security deposit.

Garbage is picked up on Fridays. Please be aware that if there is no space in the trash can for the guest following your stay, you will have to pay for the cost of additional trash pick up or haul off.

No events allowed. If you throw a party we will ask you to leave and fine you $500.
