This home has a total of 4 beds, 3 inviting bedrooms, with 2 queen beds, and a full over full bunk bed. Guests enjoy 2 bathrooms with 1 tub and 1 shower (1 bathroom in Master bedroom). A safe and family oriented neighborhood! Limited to a max of 6 adults (no limit on number of children) and 4 vehicles.

Check out time is 12:00pm (Late check out is available just ask)

Quiet time: Outdoors Quite time is 10:00pm. (The County makes us limit our outside noise, so use your inside voice after 10pm outside.)

Pets: Small Pets allowed (max 2) under 20 lbs. each (with deposit)

Living Room: Smart TV, Ceiling Fans, sofa, coffee table

Dining Room: Table sits 4 or 6 people (table can be extended)

Bathroom essentials: toilet paper, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels and a hair dryer for convenience.

Bedroom essentials: Hangers, Bed linens, blankets, pillows, room-darkening shades, closets, dresser, sleep sound machine, Iron.

TVs found in living room, master bedroom and room with Bunk Beds

Backyard: Private in-ground (no jacuzzi) pool - comes with volleyball and basketball hoop for your enjoyment! Outdoor furniture, Sun loungers, pool toys and grassy area.

Play Room (under construction/still in process): only Board Games and Dartboard available now (Coming soon: Pool Table or Ping Pong table, Foosball Table, TV)

Safety & Property Info: Smoke Alarms, Carbon monoxide alarm, Fire extinguishers, First aid kit.

Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras on property: Front: Front Door, Front-Yard, Over-Garage. Back: overlooking the pool, overlooking side of house

Outdoor: RV Parking or outside parking (no garage access)
Walking distance to Southwoods Park (for your fur babies)

** Guest have access to the entire home except Garage Area. Garage used for storage.
