« The house is in an excellent location if you want to get around to restaurants or the beach but also tucked away for a quiet neighborhood experience. The house itself is big with plenty of living spaces. We loved the coffee bar and it was very well stocked. The fireplace was nice to have for our February stay. « The owners was easy enough to deal with and the location was great but the description is not accurate. There is no washer dryer and the fence is broken so no fences in yard. I would say the house was worn, a table leg fell out, the sprayer was broken, the bathtub needs to be caulked among other things. What bothered me most was there were locks on the outside of the bedroom doors so you could be locked into your room. »

« Jason was very welcoming, communication was great! Cute beach cottage with spacious bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The fenced-in yard is large and was convenient for our pup. We enjoyed our walk to the snow covered beach and a visit to Beach Bagels. We did hear a train pass in the morning and evening, but we were up early to start the day and up late playing games, so the train whistle was not a problem. Would definitely stay again. »

« This house is divided into three different units. We rented all three to accommodate our group. Unit A has all 3 bedrooms on the upper floor but the only bathroom is on the ground floor. The stairs are narrow and a litttle steep so it was a little difficult with some mobility issues. « We had a great winter stay! This is a beautiful house - clean, warmly but simply decorated, gorgeous views of woods, Maine marsh, and a sliver of ocean in the distance. We went to Fortune Rocks beach daily and loved the sauna. »
