Cuatro Cantina, Newly Remodeled. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better at The Frio, this happens! If you loved Cuatro before, you'll definitely leave wanting more after you see the amazing work that was done here! This 5 bedroom 3 bath is perfect for all of your days on the Frio! Now with a half bath outside, giving you that easy access. An updated playscape for the kiddos to enjoy!

The home is 2 stories – 4 bedrooms downstairs and one “bunk room” upstairs. The home has a roomy kitchen and separate dining area to enjoy those great Frio family dinners. There is also a great eating bar in the kitchen area with plenty of extra seating. There are TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and outdoors on the patio. Lets not forget about the TV upstairs to keep the little one entertained on a smart TV. Outside you will have many extras. The pool has several built in stools, a sitting ledge for your enjoyment, and is safety fenced for a peace of mind with small children. The covered patio area has additional seating. There is a flat screen TV, fridge, BBQ pit, and new fire pit.
During the winter we do offer the option to keep the pool heated at an extra cost of $175, with a 3 day minimum.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
