With all the modern amenities, our contemporary accommodation will allow you to relax and unwind, whilst being only a few minutes walk to 7 miles of sand and sea. If you are looking for fun, the Holiday Park boasts facilities such as Swimming Pools, Restaurant, Go-Karts, Mini Golf, Soft Play and plenty of evening entertainment for all the family.
A beautiful, top of the range property that basks in the sun all day. Located in the newest part of the park and benefiting from private parking and full wrap around decking you can sit out and enjoy a drink or some alfresco dining. Inside you are treated to a very high standard with comfortable sofas, including armchair and chaise long to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the surrounding area. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need including full height fridge freezer and integrated dishwasher.
3 comfortable bedrooms sleep 6 plus 2 additional by way of a sofabed in the living room. A main bathroom with good sized shower serves the property as well as private ensuite toilet to the master bedroom.
No matter your plans for your holiday away this modern and high end property will surely offer a perfect place to come back to each day.
LOUNGE – Large open plan living room with comfy free standing furniture with arm chair and chaise long. Double french doors opening out on to large deck with outside furniture.
KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of storage space. Full size fridge freezer to make things that bit easier while on holiday.
BEDROOMS – Main en-suite master bedroom, 2 twin rooms plus additional double sofa-bed in lounge.
BATHROOMS – Main bathroom with shower and WC. Main bedroom is also en-suite.
PARKING - Private parking space beside the lodge.
Please note that Parkdean Resorts Camber Sands will not allow commercial vehicles, sign written vehicles or trailers on the site.

YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.

*Bars, Restaurants, shops and all facilities including Evening Showbar Entertainment and swimming usually starts from February Half Term through to the start of November and require passes for access after 5pm. Passes are also required for the activities and are bookable via Parkdean Resorts Office upon arrival, we aren`t able to assist with this as we are completely different companies. Slots are not guaranteed and are subject to their availability.
The exact season start and end date is not guaranteed if you are booking early or late in the season, Please check the dates and schedule before you book.
*The park is BBQ friendly but we do not supply or hire BBQ`s, you will need to provide your own. They are not permitted close to the properties & must NOT be on the decking (if applicable).
*Camber Getaways are a local agent who look after privately owned properties for their owners. You will be sent checking in and property details 48 hours prior to your arrival via email, so please ensure you check your messages and emails.
Lead booker must be at least 21 years old.
Any bookings with all adults must contact us in advance to be approved due to the property being on a family holiday park.
