« We have rented for many years. Homes, cabins, etc. This cottage was outstanding. We were perfectly happy with the stay. Very clean. Everything seemed to be new. Privacy fence around the entire backyard, which was great for us as well as the dog. Near enough to downtown but approx. 3/4 mile or more to walk. All level walking area, but the heat can take its toll. There is plenty of parking in town, so if walking is an issue I suggest the short drive. The owners of the cottage were available at all...

« We enjoyed our third stay at The Country Girl Cottage over Easter weekend. The cottage is clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and decorated with antiques and other quaint, cozy decor. The surrounding gardens are gorgeous including many varieties of hostas and Japanese maples. The owner/host is most welcoming and helpful. We will return again in July! »

« Loved the deck and location. It was so nice to sit out and see Chimney Rock and all the progress they are making on returning this beautiful area to its pre-hurricane status. I will have to say one of my favorite things about this house was the wooden floors. They were absolutely stunning. Communication with the host was quick and informational. »
