2 adults & 2 kids , stayed 3 nights in studio on 4th floor. Location excellent, however everything else was disappointing. 1- the room was very dirty, hairs on floor & bedsheets, 2-unable to cook breakfast -toaster had thick layer of dust. Cleaning staff wiped it down externally, but thick dust internally also. No pot, but 2 frying pans! Door handle of toilet fell off on first use, reported same, no-once fixed it. Door had to remain open during toilet visits! Lights in stairwell unreliable . I would not feel safe walking up/down as a single woman. Lift did not work on 2nd night so had no choice. 1 pillow each per guest.

The property was exactly as described and very clean. The check in and check out process was very simple and communulication was spot on. Great location and quiet apartment area too.

Un hotel magnifique dans une des plus belles artères de Budapest. Un peu loin du centre mais celui-ci est rapidement accessible avec le métro à proximité. Mention particulière au petit déjeuner avec du miel direct depuis un rayon
