Hôtels près du Ruines de Xiaoshuangqiao à Zhengzhou

« Excellent hotel in prime location . The only downside, breakfast does not cater to Western taste.management tried their best. They also need to pay attention to the bakery section as the heat lamp dries out the pastry. »

« je suis passé à Zhengzhou quelques jours durant mon voyage en Chine afin d'aller visiter le temple de Shaolin. Cet hôtel est très bien. Moderne, propre, petit déjeuner varié, pas très loin de 2 stations de Métro， mais surtout le personnel est accueillant et m'a bien aidé sur quelques demandes que j'ai eu concernant l’organisation de mon séjour. Un grand merci à eux ! :) »

« The front desk staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service at the gym and breakfast area falls short. Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. « Good hotel, employees speak English. The room was clean and comfortable. Be careful, location on the app or Google map is wrong. »

The front desk staff were very helpful, and I especially want to thank Ms. Liu Jina for her patience and assistance—she truly went above and beyond, making my stay great and memorable. Thank you very much! »

Room was clean but the mattress has seem better days. On a busy night market street so may be a bit loud. They offer luggage storage but it is not secure (bags left in main hotel lobby). »

« The address was to the Crowne Plaza, whose staff checked us in and sent us around to the Holiday Inn behind. The room key didn't activate the elevator, so we needed to get a new room key at the Holiday Inn front desk. This was frustrating and confusing. Once we got in the room, we were surprised that the room smelled of faint stale cigarette smoke. Those things aside, the room was efficiently laid out, the staff were energetic and happy to assist. The bed, shower, etc. were comfortable. The...
