Profitez de votre séjour à Ruidoso dans un environnement calme

Mon condo a une entrée au sol, marche dans le salon, la cuisine, la salle à manger, la moitié de bain et la laveuse et la sécheuse. Montez à l'étage jusqu'à la chambre principale avec un lit king-size qui a sa propre terrasse et 2e chambre avec un lit queen. Il y a une grande salle de bain (baignoire / douche). C16 est entièrement meublé. Tout ce que vous devez apporter, ce sont vos vêtements et votre nourriture (l'épicerie est à environ 4 minutes). Il est situé près de la fin des unités. Pinon Park est à proximité du parcours de golf Links avec un excellent chemin de randonnée, à 30 ou 35 min de Ski Apache, à 5 minutes du centre-ville, à 15 minutes de Inn of the Mountain of God, à 20 minutes de Ruidoso Downs Racetrack. Plusieurs bons restaurants à proximité.

Lots of extras!

We are extremely happy with this rental! It’s clean, smells nice, and lots of "extras" that you don't normally find in rentals such as extra blankets/pillows, coffee, spices, and soaps/lotions- even a hair dryer! No detail was missed! We’d gladly stay here again!

Perfect Spot while I visited Mescalero Family

From start to finish. Communication with the host and property manager was smoothe. The condo was comfortable and quiet. Very Clean. Loved the shower. Bed was so comfy. Air conditioner was a great reprieve as I was visiting family in the area from Oklahoma. I would recommend this place an absolutely stay again.

Enjoyed the property. Did not know about the stairs, but of course it is a condo. The bathrooms need to be mentioned as a "full bath and one half bathroom". We thought we had 2 full bathrooms. Otherwise the place was remarkable and very nice for the price. We highly recommend this place to future guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property as it was as advertised, very comfortable, a great location, owners and managers were very easy to work with, cost was very affordable, kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and everything functioned properly. We would definitely repeat staying at this property again. Also the owner Suzie, is very thoughtful as she checked on our stay upon our arrival as well as during our stay!!!

Refreshing retreat from the TX heat

We have rented the condo many times-feels like our second home. Owner updated the shower (gorgeous!) and more updates to come. Master bdrn has plenty of room-large dresser and big closet. Balcony off the bdrm for morning coffee or evening wine. Grill on front deck and table for outside dining. Very well equipped-not much more to ask for. Excellent quiet location but easy access to everything. Love it here❤️

Cozy, quiet condo

C16 was great, my husband and I came for a short kid free weekend trip with no a whole lot on our agenda. The condo is a short drive (5-10) minutes to town things, so it's nice and quiet. The bed is comfy, there is everything you need there. I was impressed with the kitchen items available, although we didn't cook anything, you have the means to make a nice meal, including spices, oils, etc.. I had forgotten face and body wash, but it was stocked for guests in the bathroom. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows etc. to get comfy on the couch with the gas fireplace. I'd stay again if we come back. Only thing I wish it had was a Roku tv, but other than that, everything was perfect.

The get away

This was a great place to have our 47th year anniversary! The deer and the elk were so fun. It was very peaceful. The location was convenient. We had such a great time. Thank you so much for offering such a wonderful place.

Not really worth the money to stay there. Major issues

The apartment is in a good location, but there were several major issues with the apartment. It is cutely decorated and that is where the positive comments end. The apartment needs new carpet and major cosmetic work done to it so that people rent the apartment. The apartment smelt musty and of animal urine. There were pee spots all over the apartment. They did try to cover one of the spots up with a rug, but there were so many of them it would be hard to hide them all. Hidden or not you can smell the urine. I made sure to point them all out because we brought my service dog, and I did not want him to get blamed for something he did not do. My dog did not have any accidents in that apartment. The second item was the bathtub did not drain, so we could not take a bath. We rented the apartment so we could participate in my daughter's wedding. We had to go to other family members rentals so we could get cleaned up. The one bathtub in the apartment was full of hair, toilet paper and other yucky stuff. The manager on duty did try to help, but the communications from her happened to be after 11 pm telling us the plumber would not be coming till Monday. This all happened the first night so we couldn’t do anything at that time to relocate especially for one more night. We were told that a plumber would be coming the day we arrived, and we could use the tub that night. The manager did try Drano and plunging the tub, but it was not working. ***Regarding the plumbing, if you read down in the reviews you will see this is an ongoing issue with the rental. ** The final thing for us, which may not seem like a big deal, but at this point it was, the coffee maker did not work. So, on top of all the other stuff we had to deal with we couldn't have coffee. If you wondering why we didn't go somewhere else? It was Biker weekend in Ruidoso, and we could not find any place we could rent especially for just one night, and they didn’t let us know that they couldn’t fix it till Monday morning. The manager sent this communication via text at 11:30 pm. The owner did offer to refund some of our money if we would move out, but like I said we couldn’t find any place to rent for one night. Everyone was full. We were stuck and she knew it! My overall rating is a 1.
