Welcome to Angel Falls, a beautifully remodeled, pet-friendly riverside retreat nestled above the Rio Ruidoso in the Upper Canyon. This charming property is just a short drive from Ruidoso's Midtown, the racetrack, area lakes, and more. Enjoy stunning mountain views, tall pines, and two levels of decks overlooking the river. The property includes a game room and a private hot tub. Your reservation includes damage protection and access to our services. Rest assured, we are always available whenever you need us!

PROPERTY FEATURES
Parking & Access: Gravel parking area level with the road, easy access. Walkway with 17 steps to the front door.

Main Floor: Entry foyer, eat-in kitchen, open dining and living room with sliding glass doors to the back deck. Primary ensuite left of the foyer.
Game Room: Downstairs with ping pong table, big screen TV, snack station, leather sleeper sofa, books, and games.
Lower Deck: Seating area above the canyon and river, walkway to private hot tub, stone steps to riverside deck with dining table and seating for four.

Primary Ensuite (Main Floor): King bed, wood-burning fireplace, walk-in closet, private bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual sink vanity, sliding glass doors to the deck.
Guest Bedroom (Main Floor): Queen bed, closet, windows with west views.
Guest Bedrooms (Downstairs): Two bedrooms each with queen beds, river views, and closets. Shared full bath with shower/tub combo and dual sink vanity.
Kitchen & Dining:

Kitchen: Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker, basic spices, cookware, and more. Propane gas grill on the main level deck.
Dining: Seating for six, sofa table/bar seating for three, two seats at the kitchen peninsula.
Entertainment & Amenities:

Technology: Free Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with streaming and premium cable in living areas and primary ensuite.
Game Room: Ping pong table, big screen TV, wood burning fireplace, snack area, laundry room with washer/dryer and full-size refrigerator.
Outdoor Living: Large decks on both levels, private hot tub, riverside patio with dining table and seating for four.

Policies
Pet Policy: Up to two pets under 35 lbs each. Adhere to 'Pet Courtesy' policy.
No Smoking/No Parties: Strictly enforced.
Self Check-In: Lockbox access code emailed within 48 hours of arrival.

Weather & Travel Tips
Winter Travel: Roads are generally easy to navigate. In winter, 4-wheel drive and/or snow chains recommended. Check weather and road conditions before travel.

HOT TUB RULES: NO GLASS OBJECTS in or around the tub. NO BUBBLE OR OILS, they will make a mess, clog filters and jets and damage components. NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.
River Rules: For your safety and to protect the environment, swimming and wading in the river are not allowed. Access to the river requires steps. There is NO railing.
