« It was such an amazing experience staying at Greenland and I love every bit of the place and highly recommended , I was actually upgraded to a two bedroom and my view of the city at night was as Glorious , facility was 10/10 - the receptionist lady that welcome me was all smiles and the room cleaner in the day was a great guy , forgot he snake hut started with P , thanks for your service Greenland »

« The property is strategically located in the heart of the city and accessible. It is quiet, clean and safe. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, access to the higher floors is quite a challenge. »

« A very nice place to stay, right in the heart of Kigali’s Business Center. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali. »

« 1. Several items missing on arrival: towels, rubbish bin, soap, toilet paper, coat hangers. 2. Toilet did not flush properly and was not fixed during stay. 3. Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away. 4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival. 5. TV was only connected on last day. 6. Some lights not working and were not fixed. »

« 1. manager knew nothing about Orbitz or our reservation 2. there was no toilet paper at all, we had to ask for it 3. Internet was down, I rebooted device (which was outdoors, but an indoor device) Internet was extremely unreliable even then. 4. no mention of breakfast We left the apartment and moved to a hotel, in spite of harsh cancellation terms. »

Oasis au milieu de Kigali

"J'ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner dans cet hôtel. Bien situé par rapport aux activités offertes par Kigali, c'est néanmoins un havre de paix, de tranquillité, avec de la verdure. Se relaxer tranquillement après une journée chargée est un réel plaisir, avec un personnel aux petits soins, comme le patron William, d'ailleurs. Beaucoup de disponibilités pour organiser les transports ou des activités."
