"Arrived at 2pm, early and thought we'd have a coffee while waiting for the 3pm check in. Hotel was closed. Went back at 3:10pm and booked in. "Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. ..."
