A characterful 130 m² detached home set deep in a forest-fringed neighbourhood, just minutes from Rovaniemi`s main attractions. High pine ceilings, eclectic Nordic décor, and a layout full of personality give this house a warmth that no modern new-build can match.

Three bedrooms comfortably accommodate couples and families: the master with a 160 cm double bed, and two further rooms each with a 140 cm double bed. Two sofa chairs in the living room provide extra sleeping space for children, bringing the total capacity to eight.

The private Finnish sauna is one of the home`s most distinctive features — its curved wall of glass bricks fills the space with soft natural light, a genuinely rare find. The adjoining main bathroom has two separate showers, a toilet, and a washbasin. A second WC with washbasin is a practical bonus for larger groups, and the separate laundry room has both a washing machine and tumble dryer, making longer stays easy.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper Lapland dinner, and the living room is a generous gathering space. Note that the traditional Finnish fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use. Air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round, and outside, a spacious garden gives children plenty of room to explore. Santa Claus Village and Rovaniemi Airport are 5 km away, a grocery store 2 km, and the city centre 8 km. Parking is available on site.
