A spacious 105 m² detached house set in a quiet residential neighbourhood, surrounded by birch trees and open countryside. With three double bedrooms and space for up to 6 guests, it`s an ideal base for families or small groups exploring Lapland at their own pace.

The bright living room has large windows framing the green surroundings, a generous corner sofa and a wall-mounted TV — a comfortable place to unwind after a day out. The kitchen has real character: distinctive sage-green cabinetry, a mosaic tile backsplash and a dining table. Fireplace is decorative.

Three bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping: the first has a 150 cm double bed, while the other two each have a 160 cm double bed. One of these features charming horse-themed wall art and a blue striped rug, giving it a playful Nordic personality; the other is calm and restful with sage-green walls.

The bathroom includes a private Finnish sauna, shower and toilet — the perfect way to warm up after a winter walk or a day of outdoor adventures. A separate WC with sink adds practical convenience for a full household. Laundry is handled in a dedicated utility room with both a washing machine and dryer.

Outside, the large backyard gives children plenty of space to run and play, and a park is just 50 metres from the front door. A covered veranda provides a sheltered spot to sit year-round, and the carport comfortably fits two cars.
