"Wonderful Pastoral property. Beautiful views and property was clean and roomy. Our Host Pascal was warm, friendly, and very helpful for all of our needs! Definitely recommend this property!"

"There were 10 of us. Dining area was large and accommodating. Lounge area only had enough seating for 7. Not enough lounges and cushions in the garden area. Indoor pool was the most used area, great for the kids. Very quiet and peaceful."

"Despite the fact that the house go back to the former century it is very well maintained it has a lot of charme with a huge garden and beautifull trees. Inside the house everything is present ..just buy your fresh food and you are set . Also the location is perfect , directly near a cosy village with fresh bakeries and bouchers, only less then 20 min driving from Honfleur and Deauville."

"This suited us (a family of 3) on the whole. I think it's fair to mention for those sensitive to such things, as others have, that you can hear occupants' movements above. However, it's easy to forgive this given obvious age and charm of the building and its lovely location. Kindly given feedback to owner; a low-key reading light by or above the bed is very welcome when on holiday. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at this quirky octagonal cottage. It is in a little hamlet up a long lane so was very quiet. The owners house was closer than it seems in the photos but she left us to ourselves unless we needed something. The lane to the Le Gibet is narrow but is one way so you don't have to worry about meeting another car going up. Entering the lane going up the hill is fine as its on the right. "Had a really lovely stay in your beautiful holiday home. Gorgeous and relaxing surroundings and couldn’t have asked for more in the house itself. Extremely clean, modern and fully stocked with everything we needed i really loved the little extras like the yummy cakes & drinks on arrival. Christine was a wonderful and super friendly host, greeting us as we arrived and gave a very good tour of the house. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Boulleville and would love to return in the future. "

"We had a lovely 10 day stay at Badia’s place. It was very comfortable for us, only 2 adult and 2 kids and the pool table, table-ball and board games kept us all amused on the cold rainy days we unfortunately had. TV had Netflicks and Prime, useful for lazy evenings. Property located in great area, with town a short drive away, which has everything. Only petty downside I had was expected basics (bin bags, kitchen towels, extra toilet rolls, hand soap in kitchen, coffee for machine) to be provided...

The house is well placed to visit this part of Normandy and the hosts were able to give good advice. This would suit many different groups of people. "We loved this house. To be honest the photos don’t do it justice. Very well equipped including downstairs cellar like room with extra fridge freezer, always handy. BBQ’s and sun loungers in garage and footballs and badminton racquets for the kids. The house has 4 double rooms, one with a single bed as well, plus a single bed on the landing. It also has 2 sofa beds in the living room. You need to bring your own sheets and pillow cases or pay extra for them. The shower and double room downstairs...

"This cottage is simply the best. Easy to find. The owners Jean Yves and Elisabeth are lovely. They speak good English and meet you on arrival/checking out. We stayed in contact with them during our stay as well. The cottage is so clean. Lots of attention to detail. Lovely sympathetically restored barn with oak beams (and not a cobweb in sight!!). "Hotel was pleasant. Dined in the restaurant and the young waitress did a mighty job, against all odds. Bar, restaurant and kitchen sorely understaffed, leaving customers waiting to order, receive their meals and pay. At some stages, even the hotel receptionist was helping out in the bar and kitchen. Staff at all times maintained pleasant demeanours and didn’t fluster at the criticism they received from some patrons, but should not have found themselves dealing with this situation. "You can’t get any closer to the beautiful cathedral than this hotel. The cathedral is next door doggie left and a pedestrian street with lovely shops is on your right. Anything you want to see and do in this beautiful town is very near to this hotel. Best hotel in all of Rouen for location, great staff who are there 24 hrs to answer any question. Staff arranged great driver with big car to transport me to CDG airport at a reasonable rate. Fabulous hotel "

"Staff were excellent -very helpful and kind. Parking is a challenge -you need to book before hand and there is a weird car lift to a very small underground car park -not for the claustrophobic. "
