« We stayed for almost a week and loved our time at Margarita's place. The view was spectacular and walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. The unit was nicely laid out and worked perfectly for our family. We would definitely come back. »

« We stayed in a 2-bedroom condo. Altho much smaller than expected, it was fine for just the 2 of us. The second bedroom is very tiny w/o a closet and there is no dinner table, however, we dined on the outside table all the time anyway. We were able to walk to the grocery store and to restaurants the entire time. The beach in front of the resort is gorgeous. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this Villa Renaissance to others. Had a wonderful time!! »

« Going to Turks and Caico has been on my bucket list for over 20 years. Seeing pictures of the beautiful beaches intrigued me and I wanted to see it for myself. My sister, her husband, my husband and myself had an Amazing trip. The water is just as beautiful in person as in the pictures . The condo was wonderful, so comfortable and inviting. The whole process from start to finish went seamlessly. »

« I hate to give this property a good review because I don't want it to get so popular I can't get in, but it really is a great place to stay. The location is central, the people there are so nice, the units are exactly as advertised - clean, spacious, well appointed. The beach is right there with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. This was our second year at this property and will be our preferred place to stay in the future. »

« This was our 5th time to Grace Bay and by far the best yet. We have stayed at Coral Gardens Villa del Mar, Alexandra and Royal West Indies and this condo at Villa Renaissance is the best of all of them. Everything was beautiful, clean, kitchen well appointed and the view from our 2nd floor patio of Grace Bay was breathtaking. We will definitely be back here next near. »

« The listing was exactly as described! All of the amenities were perfect and top notch. Proximity to stores, restaurants and the grocery store was great. The villa has all of the comforts of home. The pool is beautiful and the beach is gorgeous! We will be coming back to stay at the Villa Renaissance again! »

« This was our third time to Turks and Caicos and our second stay at Villa Renaissance. The location is excellent with plenty of shopping and restaurants all in walking distance. Water so crystal clear that I've never experienced anywhere else. Staff was friendly and always helpful. We rented a car, but it wouldn't be necessary. Great snorkeling at Smith's Reef and a fantastic reef fishing trip with M & J's Charters. »

« We all loved our time spent at 304 VR. The condo was exactly as listed and didn’t lack for anything. The pictures of the view do not do it justice. We spent much time on the balcony. We never had a problem getting beach chairs. The seaweed was minimal. The daily housekeeping was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again. Just bring bug spray. The no seeums and mosquitoes were out in force at dusk. »

« This condo had plenty of room and loved the location. Close to many shops and restaurants and steps from the beautiful Grace Bay beach. Having coolers/beach bags/etc stocked in the condo was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again! »

« Well appointed and maintained unit with a friendly and helpful onsight manager Tyler. Daily housekeeping was great to have. OnSight restaurant was great spot for casual beachfront dinner. Building location next to construction site made for noisy days but we were out of unit for most of those hours so owner offered discount helped to soften the noise. »
