« I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. « Very disappointing experience. I called ahead to correct my reservation and was told it would be taken care of. I had already paid through Expedia for the hotel’s best suite for two nights, but when I arrived, the reservation was still wrong. Now they are giving me a basic room and asking me to pay again. Very poor communication and customer service »

« Les bungalows qui constituent les logements de l'Hôtel sont de très grande qualité. Le service est impeccable. Le lieu idéal pour se ressourcer près de Santa Fe. »
