Wonderful weekend

And friend and I were attending a bachelorette weekend for my daughter. Everything about the cottage was great. It is centrally located to dining and shopping options and extremely comfortable. The whole process from booking to departure was wonderful—I’ll stay there again.

Great location!

We loved staying right in town, walkable to restaurants and shops. The cottage was clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels, etc. Everything was as expected from the photos and description. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay at Kobza Haus again!

Quick stay

We had a lovely quick girls trip at this cute little cottage! My last trip before my baby comes. It was very relaxing, comfy beds and clean bathroom. We enjoyed walking around town and being so close to everything! Will recommend to friends!

Quaint and Fun Place for a Girls' Weekend!

My friend and I stayed here for a weekend to catch up and decompress. The cottage was exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. The air conditioning worked well, even though it was the peak of our record hot summer, and we felt like it was a great, private space. It was walkable to places around town--just what we needed!

Location location location

Great location to walk to many shops, coffee, and eateries. Beds were super comfortable and place was very clean and spacious hostess was accessible for our stay. Everyone in the town is very friendly. Will definitely return.

Round Top Perfection

Kobze House Cottage was the perfect “home base” for our shopping trip to Round Top! The location was in the center of it ALL! Walking distance to restaurants, shops and live music. The cottage was just darling and had everything we needed to make our trip both comfortable and convenient! Lindsey was a great host, easy to contact and so kind! Hostie does it RIGHT!

Nice Small Cottage

Some friends and I stayed here for the roundtop show. It is a very small one room cottage, but it was perfect for what we needed. A place to crash for the night in a great location!

Cute and clean cottage

Four of us stayed in the cottage for a girls weekend. Upon arrival we were greeted with a cool (thanks for turning the A/C on in advance) room with a nice sign, card and a topo chico bottle with fresh flowers. Although it is small, it had everything we needed including a lighter for the candles and a wine opener. In addition to the beds there is a minifridge, a table, and a small closet. It would be great if they added a few hooks in the main area to hang bags or clothes, and one larger trashcan, but otherwise this place has all that you need in a small package and with a lot of charm! We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning and evenings and loved being able to walk to dinner and breakfast. The main house looks amazing and we might choose that one next time, but this is a great spot for a weekend trip to Round Top!
