« Cute little house in town. The bedrooms were a crazy set up, two well placed bathrooms helped. The kitchen set up was great, dish soap, coffee pods, dishes, spices were a surprise in a rental. Only thing missing were pot holders. We were a party of 8 in town for a wedding. A couple extra mirrors would have helped. Great time, really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Joe! Oh! The cabinet upstairs with the “extra” items was a bonus if you forgot anything. »

« Beautiful house in a beautiful location. The house was very good for relaxing and hanging out with old friends with its open concept. Bedrooms were on the small side but functional as were the bathrooms. The kitchen was very nice and a nice coffee bar was provided with a Nespresso machine and milk frother. »

« The entire property was great, the house was clean and well-maintained! The kitchen had virtually everything, and all was labeled, so it was easy to find what we were looking for. This is not a complaint since it is nature ;) But there was a bit of sap on the deck and patio furniture (it was from the nearby tulip poplar), which we easily cleaned off with the Clorox cleaning spray from under the sink and paper towels, so don't panic if you have the same! « Overall our stay was very nice. We had two families spending a few days getting away from the city. The third floor shower/tub was not working upon arrival but the plumber (who we did not know was coming) did repair this quickly. There was a bit of a fly problem on the third floor however bug killer was likely used just before our arrival, so there were 50 or so dying flies in the tub and around the toilet in the third floor bathroom, however there was not a fly flying in the house, so win win....

« Disclaimer: not a guest that likes to reach out to the host during a stay. I do message ahead to confirm things.TL;DR: place overall neat, host nice, likely more ideal if just humans. Great view off the deck. Multiple TVs. A French press & water kettle available if you bring coffee & tea. Water cooler worked well. Not as secluded* as exterior pictures indicate. Pets restricted to main living room and kitchen area. —-Place was clean. Been curious about art frame TVs, neat to see them in action....
