Our hosts were accommodating with an earlier check in and communication was spot on. This property is well kept, clean and has lovely decor. « Beth's flat is beautifully furnished! We really liked the style. There is plenty of storage space and also a few games and books.There are a lot of stairs in the house. However, this was not a problem for us, even with two small children, as the staircase is not visible from the rooms and the youngest did not even think of crawling to the stairs.There are two terraces, one of which we always had breakfast on. « The house is huge and has been beautifully updated and decorated. There is a small set of stairs which isn’t noted in the listing that was semi problematic for my older Mum but other than that, the house was perfect. Wonderful hosts, highly communicative when needed. Would definitely stay again. »

« My mom and I stayed at the Fremantle House for two months. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hosts are friendly and responsive, and they resolved any minor issues quickly. There's more kitchen equipment than usual in a vacation rental, including baking supplies. It's an 8-10 minute drive to South Beach, and the Sunday farmer's market was a 4-minute drive. « I stayed here for 2 weeks with friends. First impressions were not good; some windows were cracked, there were dead cockroaches in cupboards, an ant infestation in the bathroom and living room, and dirt/ dust buildup in some areas. There is only air conditioning in the reception room so it was very hard to sleep on hot nights. Aside from this everything else in the house was in working order. « It's in a great location for the Australian Institute of Management. The spacious room with a bathroom features the sound of frogs croaking in the garden early at night. The hosts communicate in a friendly, timely way. »

« I thought the property was generally clean inside, but the exterior (Yard Patio) was not maintained. The interior needed some general upgrading, like window shades that were impossible to adjust, Shower door in the master bedroom that, if closed and latched was impossible to open easily. So if left partly ajar water spilled onto the floor. Bed in the master bedroom needs upgrading, and the comforter was old and shabby. Kitchen was adequate but needs a set of bowls for salad and serving etc....

Very poor experience

"For the price I paid I was expected a much better hotel. Can’t actually order food after 9pm at the room service. And even before 9pm, the food has never been fresh. Breakfast is not a buffet, you have to order a la care from a small menu. They are very proud of their “roof top” but it’s more like a high rise restaurant, with balcony, and it’s not even open for lunch. I have used the laundry service but they left some stains on my pants. I requested my shirts to be folded (3$ per unit) and they brought them on hanger. It took them another extra day to fold. Very poor experience. "

"L’hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres sont grandes et propres. La literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner n’est en revanche pas à la hauteur : très peu de choix et qualité des produits pas terrible. Dommage que la piscine sur le toit soit couverte, impossible de profiter du soleil dans ces conditions, tout est à l’ombre."
