« Location was great- staff was helpful. My complaints are-
rooms were musty and dusty. So, we left with stuffy noses and headaches. The second complaint is that the food for the breakfast bar was not stocked when it ran out 1/2 way through the allotted time for breakfast hours. So, for my family the pickings were slim to non. »

Not sure how that’s an upgrade but that wasn’t what I reserved. They corrected the issue but check in took over 45 minutes because of this “upgraded”. There was a full kitchen but no pots/pans and no plates/utensils to use. Not sure if that was supposed to be included but I don’t see why someone would travel with pots and pans for a hotel room.
