This accommodation is located in a semi-basement, which is accessed by going down some stairs from a shared entrance with the owner, who resides in the main house.

Inside, the flat offers an open-plan space that integrates kitchen, living room and dining room, designed to guarantee a functional stay. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils that will allow you to prepare your favourite dishes. The dining area has a main table to enjoy your meals and the living room has a double sofa bed and air conditioning, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and has no windows. There is a bathroom with shower to complete the stay. Please note that there is no cot or highchair available.

Rota is a jewel of the Cadiz coastline. Its historic centre retains its Andalusian charm with whitewashed streets, the luna Castle and a lively market full of fresh produce and typical tapas. The beaches of La Costilla and El Rompidillo are perfect for sunbathing or cycling to Costa Ballena, a protected natural area that combines dunes, pine forests and tranquillity.

The capacity of this property is 2 + 2 guests. The base rate covers 2 guests; for each additional guest, an extra charge will apply. If the booking does not include payment for these 2 additional guests, the extra beds may not be prepared or available for use.
