Welcome to Buffalo Bluff, an Alpine A-Frame retreat in Chattanooga Valley with Western-inspired charm and modern comforts! This 3-bedroom, 3-bath escape sleeps ten guests and offers vaulted wood ceilings, an open layout, and sweeping Lookout Mountain views. Relax by the balcony’s gas fireplace, soak in the hot tub, or settle into the theater room. Our friendly on-site goats are also excited to meet you for a memorable mountain stay!



The Space:

Our Favorite Things About Buffalo Bluff

About 12 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, Buffalo Bluff combines an ideal location with panoramic mountain views. Gather on the back balcony by the gas fireplace, enjoy the home’s rustic modern touches, or unwind in the hot tub on the lower patio level. The theater room has a projector for movie nights, and each bedroom has a Smart TV. High-speed, 250+ Mbps WIFI is available throughout.



Family-friendly extras include a Pack ’n Play, three stair gates, children’s plasticware, downstairs books and toys, board games, and white noise machines in every bedroom.



Meet The Goats!

Friendly goats visit the fence near the lower porch and hot tub. You’re welcome to pet them through the fence and feed them with the complimentary bag of grain provided. Ring the bell to let them know it’s feeding time!



Home Layout

The laundry room is on the right as you enter, with a queen bedroom, Smart TV, and walk-in closet on the left. Across the hall is a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The hallway opens into the living, kitchen, and dining area, with vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings and mountain views. Sliding doors lead to the back balcony with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and wood-lined walls and ceilings.



Upstairs, the king loft bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and closet space. Downstairs, the theater room offers additional sleeping space and a children’s play area with books and toys. The final king bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Sliding doors from this bedroom open to the lower patio and six-person hot tub with 180° views.

Guests have private access to the entire cabin during their stay.

Buffalo Bluff sits on a bluff along rural Ridgeland Road in Chattanooga Valley, with panoramic views of Lookout Mountain. Neighbors live across the road, outside the cabin’s interior sightlines, and a longtime resident may stop to say hello. The country setting offers a quiet base near Downtown Chattanooga.

Getting Around:

We recommend a vehicle to get to and from the home and explore all our city has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

This is a truly special retreat, and we invite guests to enjoy the home and amenities while treating the property and surrounding grounds with care and respect. We strictly do not allow smoking, events, or parties.



The asphalt parking pad accommodates up to three (3) vehicles. Street parking is not available because the cabin sits along Ridgeland Road on the bluff.

In addition to our goats, you may see deer and other wildlife during your stay.



A Ring doorbell is located at the front door.
